Customer days full of Koja’s industrial knowledge

Koja Industrial Solutions tightens customer cooperation by organizing an extensive training package for its key customers, including information about the industrial product and service selection as well as the latest development steps. Fitting industrial products to customer applications plays a central role.

In June, a large group of experts attended Industrial Solutions' customer day held in Tampere to hear a comprehensive set of information about Koja’s industrial product selection, product development and calculation services, aftermarket services and fan maintenance. Of course, the day also included visits to the fan factory, test run area and the R&D Center.

”For Koja, it is important to offer customers training that support future development work. We want to be close to the customer and together with the customer. A customer-centric approach is best realized when we get to discuss on our selection and how we can develop the best solutions”, says Pasi Lähteinen, Business Director of Koja Industrial Solutions.

The customer day went smoothly in the event tent set up at Koja's site at Tampere, enjoying the warm atmosphere, delicacies and good conversations.

”The event has been great and it has been eye-opening to hear what kind of options are available. The attendees were people from different roles in sales, product development, planning, projecting and procurement – regardless of the role, the day has been useful especially in terms of cooperation, says Jarmo Kakkonen, Product Procurement Manager at Valmet.
