Koja Ltd. has initiated change negotiations on temporary layoffs in Koja’s Industrial Solutions business area

Koja Ltd. has initiated change negotiations due to a temporary decrease in work caused by a weakened order backlog. The negotiations concern temporary layoffs lasting up to 90 days and concern the entire personnel of Koja Industrial Solutions business area, i.e. around 80 people.

The 14-day change negotiations have been started on July 31st, 2024. 

According to a preliminary estimate, the possible layoffs discussed in the negotiations will take place towards the end of 2024.
