ECOFAN® – A FAN OF BILLION OPPORTUNITIES.

INDIVIDUALISED FAN FOR THE PRICE OF A SERIAL PRODUCT

The Ecofan® product range comprises both small and large axial and radial fans. The basic flow range of our fans (Q = ~0.1…800 m3/s) covers a major part of all the fan needs in the world.

An individualised Ecofan® unit consists of billions of opportunities, from which the best solution in view of the intended use is selected and produced. Thanks to its modular product structure, Koja’s Ecofan® solution meets the special requirements of even a highly challenging application – up to a temperature of thousands of degrees Celsius, and with the competitiveness of the standard product.

Applications for explosive atmospheres

Our standard product range comprises centrifugal fans for explosive atmospheres in on-ground applications in facility categories ATEX Ex II Zone 1, 2, 21 and 22, and in underground applications in facility category ATEX Ex I M2.

Pitch-shifted axial fans

We address the largest fan needs with pitch-shifted axial fans in collaboration with CFE Technologies GmbH.

SAFE KOJA QUALITY

Facility categories ATEX Ex II 1, 2, 21 and 22 as well as Ex I M2 are regarded as potentially explosive atmospheres. The EU Directive 2014/34/EU sets out special requirements on the safety of equipment in potentially explosive atmospheres. More detailed requirements for fan drives are set out in EN 14986:2017 and, outside the EU, in AMCA 99-0401 "Spark A".

SUPERIOR ENGINEERING COMPETENCE

Koja’s technical solutions have been proven in a wide range of applications since 1935. The best possible solutions are based on process and design competence and wide range of alternative solutions. APS axial fans

Pitch-shifted axial fan range especially for heavy-duty process exhaust applications. Pressure-casted aluminium propeller, acid-proof cast for special cases.
- Flow rate: 0.2…60 m3/s
- Pressure increase: < 2 kPa
- Temperature range: < 90°C

E series centrifugal fans

Direct, belt and switch driven fans in all size categories in one and two inlet configurations.
- Flow rate: 0.1…800 m3/s
- Pressure increase: up until 65 kPa
- Temperature range: >1000°C
