The cornerstone of the new fan factory was laid

The construction of the new Koja fan factory was started in Lentokentänkatu, Tampere, in August 2016. The construction process has proceeded quickly. The new factory is a concrete indication of the largest investments made in the history of Koja.

Koja aims to succeed by investing in expertise and production technology in Finland, and by improving its productivity and quality. Through new facilities and machinery, the new factory will, above all, be ideal for manufacturing large fans.

On Wednesday, 21 December 2016, the historical cornerstone of the new fan factory was laid at an event attended by Koja's shareholders and members of its Board of Directors, as well as Koja employees who have played a significant part in the design of the new factory.

The new factory is estimated to be completed at the end of summer 2017.
